The Wolverines

The armour is the ancient suit that belonged to the first Wolverine - Garlan. It was very powerful and worked not to empower the user, but to defend him against wretched magick. In other words, the armour cancelled out mages and flangy magick powers (used by cowards to blast others away without a real fight).To defeat the wearer you had to use cold steel and martial skill alone, just like any other warrior.

The armour levelled the playing field and made it so that superior martial skill would claim victory.

The armour consists of the following pieces -

• Helmet
• Hauberk
• Gorget
• Shield
• Gauntlet
  

We are currently attempting to get enough gold to pay for the relevant rituals to re-enchant the armour. Once it's done we'll take to the battlefield again with the spirit of Garlan leading the Wolverines to new glories.
